1) SOLES REMOVER
To help the operator to remove the soles from the mold.
The system allows a secure grip thanks to pneumatic cylinders driven by valves.
Depending on the type of sole to be removed, the machine can be with pincer, hook or with drill system.
2) INJECTION MACHINE FOR SOLES OF THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL
Injection machine for molding parts in rigid or flexible thermoplastic material, both types compact and expanded, such as TR, PVC, polyurethane and polystyrene.
The machine can be equipped with an injection screw called turbo, which has a double plastification capacity compared to standard injection way.
Production: from 120 to 210 pairs per hour each station.
3) VACUUM ASPIRATOR FOR GRANULES
To aspirate and transport the granular material from the container to the injection machine for subsequent processing.

10) SPRAYING SYSTEM FOR CONCENTRATED RELEASE AGENTS
Spraying system for release agents, which allows a homogeneous and regular distribution of the product.
