1) PU COATED LEATHER (BY CAST)
Natural leather made resistent and versatile with a polyurethane micro-coating. This process implies a lot of innovative characteristics, but it give the possibility to maintain the marking of the finished product as “natural leather”.
For polyurethane coatings, there are many proposals of grain and designs, even customized if requested.
The thicknesses adapt to every need, ranging from 1.2 to 2.4 mm.
The By Cast can be used in sports, accident prevention, health and children’s footwear sectors.

2) PU COATED MICROFIBER.
Our continuous dedication to the development of alternative materials to natural split leather has led to the birth of a new and innovative line of goods aimed for the footwear manufacturers, in particular to the technical-sports and accident prevention sectors.
Taking advantage of the experience with retanning and leather’s finishing we offer you the PU coating, with grains / designs of all kinds, even on a MICROFIBER base.
In this case, the material present itself with highly performing technical characteristics, but still maintaining the appearance and the softness of natural leather, allowing us to optimize the product yield with uniform sheets of 1630x1430mm.
The thicknesses available are from 1 / 1.2mm up to 2 / 2.2mm, according to everyone’s needs.
