Adhesives

1) Impregnating agent for counters
Water-based dispersion of an acrylic and vinyl-acrylic copolymer suitable for coutners.
– package: 1,000 kg tanks with tap.

2) Polyurethane adhesive
one-component polyurethane adhesive for soles/uppers. Ideal for gluing the sole to the upper.
It is used to link leather and fabrics with PU, TR, PVC, leather or rubber soles, after reactivation.
In order to make the gluing more stable, you can add an activator in a percentage ratio.

3) Polychloroprene adhesive
Polychloroprene adhesive with low viscosity, specific as first layer on oily leather, leather or rubber soles when it is necessary to couple materials with cold adhesives. It can also be used as a preparation product for EVA soles, expanded, when bonding with polyurethane adhesives is performed.

4) Copolyester adhesive
Quik setting copolyester adhesive with short setting time draw and sized in 4 mm diameter rod. It is used for footwear lasting on lasting machines.

5) Hot melt adhesive
A hot melt polyamide adhesive developed for folding-up and beading work with natural and syntetic materials. The product is supplied in regular shape granules.
Is has high temperature stability. It has good flexibility and contains no toxic ingredients.

6) Primer
Halogen for rubber and TR
Halogenating agent suitable for washing SBR and TR rubber soles before bonding.

7) Thermoplastic adhesive for toe laster machines with injectors
Thermoplastic adhesive with yellow polyamide thread for toe laster machines with injectors. It’s a resin available in two diameters, 4 or 4.2mm for every need. It is used on leather, leather and synthetic fabrics and shows excellent adhesion and flexibility. The packages are in coils of 24kg net, each box contains 12.

8) Thermoplastic adhesive for heel laster machines
Polyvalent yellow polyamide thread thermoplastic adhesive, to be used on for heel laster machines, available in two diameters, 4 or 4.2 mm for every need. It is used on leather, leather and synthetic fabrics.
The packages are in coils of 24 kg net, each box contains 12.

9) Latex
Aqueous adhesive based on modified latex of natural rubber.
Ideal for coupling and folding leather, synthetics, fabrics, linings, cartons, recycled materials.
For the production of small leather goods (as bags, belts and wallets), to assemble insoles and more.

Specifications: the water-based adhesive does not stain, does not stiffen the leather, does not knit the needle during the sewing. Stabilized to be sprayed. High adhesion on surfaces, perfect hold on skin and synthetics. Quick drying and long opening times. It can be used together with solvent based polychloroprene adhesives.

10) Natural rubber based adhesive
suitable for application of toes, insoles and for coupling.

11) Water-based polyurethane adhesive
Aqueous dispersion of a polymer based on polyurethane modified, ca.50%
Water based adhesive ideal for coupling and folding leather, synthetic leather, fabrics, linings, cardboards, recycled materials.
Also suitable for gluing PVC, EVA, nylon and specially prepared rubbers.
Suitable for gluing leather.

12) Polyamide Adhesive
Thermoplastic wire shaped resin for folding machines for insoles.
Package: 2 kg bobin
Color: semitransparent yellow.

13) Complementary Adhesive Tape System
An innovative set combined with the effect of two tapes. It is an excellent solution for bonding insoles and leather dettails.
