Release Agents

We develop and offer release agents that simplify soles molding and painting operations of various kinds, such as:
– solvent-free concentrates;
– high solid (free from harmful solvents);
– traditional solvent-based for easy application;
– water base for PU and EVA;
– multi-release or semi-permanent for vulcanized rubber.

We cover every area of use,
– molding of PU soles;
– Rubber;
– TR and PVC;
– PU or EVA fussbet;
– direct injection of polyurethane to the upper;
– Heels and wedges in ABS or Polyester.
The release agents are formulated to not interfere with the molding materials and to make the surfaces glossy or opaque according to the needs and to facilitate adhesion to subsequent operations which can be painting or gluing.
The packs are available either in 20kg cans or in 160 or 180kg drums.
We also have specific brushes to apply the release agent and complete and transportable spray systems.
